Test House

The test house was a real test. It had just about everything wrong that could be
wrong...well almost. There were electrical, plumbing, and structural problems to
name a few. The house was available to be inspected for two days and then followed
by a meeting where we reviewed and discussed the defects of the house. It was good
to see how everyone inspected the house. The discussion helped everyone to share
their opinions on why certain items were called out. We also reviewed how we
followed the NAHI Standards of Practice. This was a great education and a chance
for all that participated, to further sharpen their skills.
